Our School Day and Hours

The School Office is open from 8.30am until 4.00pm (Monday to Thursday; until 3.30pm Fridays) where you will be able to speak to Mrs Tina Cox, our office manager, Mrs Caroline Forbes and Mrs Angela Mitchinson, our admin assistants, regarding all queries. Absences can be reported via the school phone, 01279 730382 or by emailing office@hatfieldheath.essex.sch.uk

Our day operates as below:

Playground and classrooms open 8.45am, gates close at 8.55am with registers closing at 9.00am

Breaktime KS1 - 10.30am. - 10.45am. KS2 – 11.00am to 11:15am

Lunchtime - for all 12.15pm. - 1.15pm.

End of School Day – EYFS, KS1 3.20pm; KS2 3.20 pm.   

Total Hours in school for EYFS and KS1 = 6 hours 30 minutes

Total Hours in school for KS2 = 6 hours 30 minutes
